It's The Joker from Batman. He has the movies hair and make up 'n stuff But I gave him the outfit my Gaia account has. This drawings was for a forum on there, ABR. [link] I made a DeviantArt account last year and I'm going to start using it NOW. D: How sad. Hopefully It'll stay like that. PS. I'm a noob at Photoshop! D: I don't know how to use it!
